Global Distribution 

The GYXX customers are distributed all over the world, so we will deliver the goods to any place with a mailbox. If you want to send the goods to post boxes outside Australia and Europe, please select regular delivery during the checkout process (our well-trained delivery owl team is still not permitted to enter government buildings for the time being). 

We usually arrange for delivery within 2 working days after the order is completed. The delivery time will vary depending on the chosen service and destination. The regular delivery time is 3 to 28 working days, and the exact time will depend on the delivery address.

Express delivery 

We offer traceable express delivery service to most areas. The express service usually takes 1-3 working days to arrive in the United States, the United Kingdom or Australia, while for other countries it takes 2-8 working days. If you live on the kangaroo trail in Kalkarindji, please allow a little more time. 

In certain locations around the world, we were unable to offer the express delivery option because the express delivery service was not reliable enough in those areas, or it was not within the coverage range of the service.

Tariff

The following regions may be subject to additional tariffs: Asia, South America, Africa, and European countries outside the EU. During the checkout process, once the delivery destination is selected, the relevant information will appear. GYXX will not bear any tariffs charged to the customers. For more information, please email our support team. 

A delivery address filled in with non-English characters

Why did you change my address? 
Our courier company requires that all addresses be filled in using only English characters. Therefore, we use the address verification service to find the English version of your address. 

What if the updated address is incorrect? 
Most of the addresses have been correctly converted. However, if you find that your address has been wrongly converted, our friendly customer service team will help you correct it before the package is sent out. Alternatively, the delivery company will also contact you to confirm the correct delivery address. You do not need to pay any additional fees. 

Can I choose a different courier company? 
Sorry, it's not possible. After our research and search, we have selected a courier company that offers both excellent service and competitive prices as our service provider.
