Return of goods

If your product is damaged upon delivery, or if we have sent you the wrong item, please return the product within 30 days of receipt. We will offer you a full refund (including shipping cost*). 

If you change your mind (which is quite normal), or if you wish to return the unwanted gift, please contact  gyxx.shopify@gmail.com. We will be more than happy to arrange a return or exchange within 30 days after your receipt. Please note the following points: We will not bear the return shipping cost, and the payment needs to be refunded in the original payment method as stated on the order. All products must be returned in their original condition along with the original Bellroy packaging. 
Please remember that all of our products come with a warranty service. If any problems occur during the use of the product, please contact our customer service team via gyxx.shopify@gmail.com. 

If you meet the conditions for this refund, we will send you a return form with the prepaid shipping fee by email.

Exchange

We are more than happy to arrange a product exchange for you within 30 days after delivery. The product must be returned to us in its original condition, including the intact packaging. Please contact gyxx.shopify@gmail.com for assistance.
